Sanken COS-11 PT is a reference for lavalier microphone size and sound colour. It is used these days as well on production shoots as on documentaries. It was quite a feat to set side capsule into the microphone body, while preserving a small-sized frontal opening. When it is used not baffled, i.e. not stuck on human body, its response is much more bass and treble equalized that some of its predecessors, so that it requires less signal settings. It is supplied with its accessories range: clips, RM11 rubber mount, and possibly Haly-Tek Micro-Cat windscreen.
