In a nutshell
Junior is DC Audiovisuel's newest power station for small sound trolleys.
Junior can be powered from Li-Ion, LiFe or Sealed Lead Acid batteries, smart (SBS) or regular, as well as 110 or 220V AC line voltage. Switching between battery and line voltage is fully automatic, transparent and silent.
When connected to line voltage, Junior will automatically start or resume battery charging.
Junior's power output options include:
- Four switched regulated outputs for the recorder and its remote control, the RM rack with active antennas and coupler, the video monitors and the USB charging ports for tablet and smartphone.
- Two HRS4 connectors provide extra unregulated outputs @ 2.5A max, for other accessories.
Junior's front panel features a large colour OLED display and LED indicators to provide real-time information on system status, and battery state of charge, including time remaining to full or empty.
Junior is equipped with four rubber stand-off feet for natural convection. It can also be attached under the perforated tray of the trolley.
Junior is 17.2 cm wide, 15.6 cm deep and 7.1 cm high, and weighs 1.5 kg.
